Hi,
Interesting Hub on royal jelly and hive products. I wondered what your take is on freeze dried royal jelly versus fresh from the hive. I've been researching this and there's a lot of conflicting information. As far as I can tell, when you remove the water from royal jelly with a cold air process you are not changing its nutrient content. Yet some websites tell you this is not the case, like Bee Alive for example, who make a big deal out of it beeing fresh. Here's a site where I've been learning about the process and the different methods of handling royal jelly. http://thenaturalshopper.com I'd be interested to hear your view.
