During winter we should be careful with the body, give it all the energy it needs to pass safely over the difficult period in the past year, from a biological perspective. The diet menu plan for winter time tries to present the 10 types of food which, if eaten in winter, will provide the energy, vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Besides this food diet meal plan, it would be great if you arranged at home a place where you could do some gymnastics, some exercise, such as a home fitness gym. I will present in the following 10 types of food that can be part of a diet menu for winter time

1. Egg

Rich in protein, the egg helps you to prevent bouts of hunger during the day, that is, to avoid those moments during the day when you eat anything. The eggs contain calcium, iron and vitamins A, B, C and D. You can eat 2-3 eggs per week and they can be prepared as follows: boiled, fried eggs in a skillet or Teflon mesh France. You could make omelet or scrambled eggs, adding herbs and spices. Also, eggs can be eaten with a salad of vegetables, fresh or grilled vegetables. it is  good for diet menu plan for winter time.

2. Oatmeal

Oatmeal – should not miss from the diet menu plans for winter time. They contain complex carbohydrates that provide vitamins and minerals that give you energy. Oats are excellent food for the brain because they stimulate the production of serotonic, which combats stress and enhances memory. Also, oatmeal helps with good digestion. Oatmeal can be eaten in combination with yogurt and you can add a sliced banana.

3. Spinach

Spinach with cabbage and green salad, has fewer calories, but it is rich in fiber, energy, vitamins and minerals. It's weird to eat spinach for breakfast, but you can try. Spinach goes well with a fried egg.

4. Bananas

Bananas are high in potassium and this mineral that helps the muscles to work best. Bananas are high in calories (a banana has about 100 calories) and sugar, and they are an excellent source of energy. If you hurry, you can eat banana as such or, when properly get breakfast in silence, you can turn it into a sake, adding strawberries.

5. Dairy

Yogurt and cheese are foods that will provide so much proteins and calcium. If you're afraid of getting fat, eat yogurt and goat cheese. You can combine yogurt with dried fruit and grains to vary the taste. Do not forget the cheese. Make yourself a quick sandwich with any type of cheese (mozzarella, feta or fresh cheese), but only with low fat cheese.

6. Meat

Meat - rich in proteins and essential amino acids for our bodies. Besides proteins, meat also contains more iron, zinc and vitamin B12. It is especially good to eat chicken, beef and fish, 3-4 times per week. The meat can be eaten at lunch, accompanied by green salad or grilled vegetables. It is preferable that the meat is grilled or steamed, not fried or soaked fat.

7. Peanut Butter

Peanut Butter - rich in vitamin E, proteins, magnesium, potassium and calcium. If you are worried about the fat it contains, you can calm down because it is monounsaturated fat, that can be found in the olive oil. Eat 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter per day, smeared on toast, accompanied by a sake of bananas.

8. Bread

This type of bread is high in fiber, so you will not be hungry for a long time. The carbohydrates this bread contains, will help stabilize blood sugar levels, keeping it balanced until the next meal. Eat 2-3 slices of bread, combining them with what you like best. If you have time, you can toast bread, so it's more healthy diet.

9. Seeds

Seeds of pumpkin, sunflower, cashew, peanuts, almonds and nuts contain many calories and are full of energy. They contain proteins, vitamin E and Omega 3. All these can be added to yogurt, cereal with or can be consumed as such. There are shops of ready-shelled seeeds, so all you have to do is to eat them.

10. Candied Fruit

Candied Fruit - rich in nutrients and sugar. A handful of dried fruit can be more useful than 10 healthy fresh fruit. Eating dried fruit for breakfast, you will definitely not like anything sweet DURING the day. Candied fruit can be eaten as it is or can be added to yogurt, instead of fresh fruit. The best fruits are candied oranges, pineapples, apricots and peaches.
